What is nextstep?
nextstep is a network of members providing free, impartial information, advice and guidance on aspects of learning, training, or work to adults aged 20 or over in Surrey.

nextstep Surrey is for anyone who is:

20 or over (if you are under 20, please click here for the connexions website)
employed or not, working, retired or a student
living or working in Surrey.

What can nextstep Surrey do for you?

If you want to:

go back to work after a break
update your skills
improve your work prospects, or
change direction in your job

a nextstep adviser can help.

nextstep is a government funded initiative that provides free, impartial information and advice on learning and work to adults in Surrey.

Our experienced advisers are completely independent and will base their advice on what’s best for you.

As well as talking through your options, they can give you information about help that’s available, including funding, childcare and facilities for people with disabilities.
